Christopher Robles

Christopher Robles has extensive work experience in the field of research and development, particularly in the mushroom industry. Christopher began their career in 1998 as a Research Scientist/Research Assistant at Monterey Mushrooms, LLC, where they worked until 2002. Christopher then advanced to the position of Research Scientist Manager and subsequently became the Research and Development Manager in 2021. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Research and Development at Monterey Mushrooms, LLC. Prior to their time at Monterey Mushrooms, LLC, Christopher worked as a Lab Assistant at the University of California, Santa Cruz from 1996 to 1998, assisting in the Okamuro and Noller Labs.
