Leonidas Spyropoulos

Leonidas Spyropoulos is an experienced professional in project development and management, currently serving as the Senior Project Development Manager at Monterock International since October 2022. As a co-owner of Consulting Engineers-Technical Office since 2006, Leonidas has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills alongside a strong background in the ski industry, having worked as Ski Centers Advisor for ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ ΑΚΙΝΗΤΩΝ ΔΗΜΟΣΙΟΥ (ΕΤΑΔ) A.E. from January 2021 to May 2022 and as General Manager at Kalavrita Ski Center from September 2014 to September 2019, where significant tourist growth was achieved. Leonidas was also a founding member and president of the Cape Drepano - Kiteboarding Association from January 2010 to November 2014 and served as Managing Director at ASE Advanced Survey & Geoconsulting Engineers until September 2014. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Athens University of Economics and Business (2020-2022), a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from the University of Birmingham (2005-2006), and a Bachelor's-Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Patras (2000-2005).
