Mekha Pereira is a hydrologist with extensive experience in water resource planning and management, currently working at Montgomery & Associates since November 2016. Responsibilities include supporting industrial clients, tribal nations, and municipalities with water supply reliability assessments, hydrogeologic investigations, and water demand trend evaluations. Academic experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Arizona, contributing to NSF-USDA grant projects, and holding teaching assistant roles for courses on water and environmental science. Prior work experience encompasses uranium-lead geochronology research, an internship with the Arizona Hydrological Society, and mathematics tutoring. Mekha Pereira holds a Master of Science in Hydrology and dual Bachelor's degrees in Environmental Hydrology & Water Resources and Mathematics, with a minor in Economics from the University of Arizona.
