Scot Brown

Scot Brown is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for HR Outreach & Organizational Development at Montgomery College since January 2022, where Scot manages a team providing essential HR services across multiple sites and overseeing performance management for 1200 employees. Prior roles include serving as an Organizational Effectiveness Program Consultant and Organizational Development Consultant at Trinity Health, where Scot developed key programs addressing staffing and engagement during the COVID pandemic. Additional experience includes managing training initiatives at Corman Construction, contributing to development projects for The United Methodist Church, and supporting hurricane evacuees through FEMA. Scot holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Penn State University and a Master of Arts in Multicultural Conflict Transformation, along with a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
