Heather Fleming

Heather Fleming, Esq., SHRM-CP, is a highly experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Montgomery County Government. Prior to this, Heather held various roles at different organizations including Risk Manager, Deputy Director of Human Resources, Contract Manager, Chief of Staff, Staff Attorney, and Associate Attorney. With a background in law from Nashville School of Law and a BS degree in Political Science from Austin Peay State University, Heather has a diverse skill set that includes litigation strategy development, document preparation, and client interaction in a legal setting.
