Nahom Tekle

Nahom Tekle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Regional Services for Montgomery County Government since June 2023, Nahom previously held the position of Executive Director at the Abramson Scholarship Foundation from July 2022 to June 2023. Prior to that, Nahom was the Director of Community Relations for David Blair for County Executive from May 2021 to July 2022 and Executive Director at BROTHERS Academy from March 2020 to May 2021. Nahom's career began at Capital One, where roles included Senior Finance Analyst in Commercial Bank Finance and Finance Analyst in Finance Risk Management and Retail Bank Finance between June 2017 and March 2020. Nahom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
