Yann-Cédric Quéro

Yann-Cédric QUÉRO (Ph.D.) has extensive experience in the field of law enforcement, security sector reform, and criminology. Yann-Cédric currently serves as the Cadre responsible for international cooperation at the Montréal City Police Department. Previously, Yann-Cédric held various senior executive advisory roles within the department, as well as international positions with the United Nations and European Union. Yann-Cédric is also an academic researcher in criminology and has trained municipal police officers on various subjects related to public security. Yann-Cédric holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Criminology from the Université de Montréal and is currently pursuing a certificate in Indigenous Studies.
