Adjunct Faculty School Of Professional And Adult Studies Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Montreat College

David Graham, Ph.D., LCMHCS, serves as the Director of Counseling and Director of Student Health & Well-Being at Davidson College since July 2009, also fulfilling the role of Counselor Coordinator for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Since May 2014, David has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Montreat College, teaching various courses in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, including Career Counseling and Multicultural Counseling. Previously, David worked as a School Counselor for Newton Conover City Schools from August 1999 to June 2009, providing therapeutic and academic counseling, and supporting LGBTQI students and their families. David's earlier experience includes serving as the Liberty Partnership Project Director at Syracuse University from November 1993 to August 1999, overseeing program development and individual counseling sessions. David holds a Ph.D. in Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Syracuse University.
