John Truschel

John Truschel, CFA has a diverse work experience in the field of finance and investment management. John is currently serving as the Director and Co-Chief Investment Officer at Ronald Blue Trust, where they specialize in assisting endowments, foundations, and charitable trusts. Prior to this, John held the position of Vice President for Finance & Administration at Montreat College. John also worked as the E.V.P. for Finance and Business Development at Gordon College and as a Principal and Portfolio Manager at Mercer Investment Management. John has also served as an Independent Strategist and Consultant, working as an Investment Strategist. With The Boston Company, John held the roles of Global Head of Investment Strategy and Chief Investment Officer. Moreover, they have worked as an Adjunct Instructor in Finance at Gordon College and as a Portfolio Manager/Client Service Officer at Standish Mellon Asset Management.

John Truschel, CFA received their M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business in 1991. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. in History & Religion from Westminster College (PA) in 1982. In 1997, they also achieved the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute.
