Jasper van Veghel has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2011, they worked as a Consultant at NATO C3 Agency, where they played a key role in developing a Metadata Registry and Repository. In 2011, they also worked as a Consultant at Kennisnet, focusing on improving the quality of online educational content metadata. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Consultant Internet Research Network (iRN) at the Nationale Politie, collaborating with Seajas to build an automated internet monitoring platform for investigators. In 2015, they worked as the Semantic Interoperability Lead at NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency), implementing a proof of concept semantic translation framework. In the same year, they co-founded Work Around Me and served as the CTO. In 2016, Jasper van Veghel joined eBay as a Scalability/Cloud Architecture Consultant, consolidating messaging systems. In the same year, they co-founded briiing.it, a courier service based on sharing economy principles, and served as the CTO until 2020. In 2018, they co-founded DFFRNT Lab, focusing on designing and building simple, beautiful, and easy-to-use products at the intersection of content and technology. Lastly, in 2020, Jasper van Veghel co-founded Montro and took on the role of Co-Founder & CTO.
