Danielle Morgan

Danielle Morgan, MBA, CPCS, CPMSM, has a diverse work experience with a focus on medical staff services and healthcare management. Danielle currently holds the position of Director of Medical Staff Services at Monument Health since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) from 2015 to 2023, where they held multiple roles including Director of Medical Staff Services, Manager of Medical Staff Services, and Medical Staff Coordinator.

Danielle also served as the President of the Alaska Association of Medical Staff Professionals from 2019 to 2022, where they demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.

Before joining SEARHC, Danielle worked at Northern Arizona Healthcare as a Medical Staff Assistant from 2010 to 2015, where they focused on credentialing physicians and allied health professionals, ensuring high-quality care for patients.

Danielle has also worked as a Medical Assistant at Maxim Healthcare Services in 2008, and in registration and referral management roles at KMR/Apptis Healthcare in 2006. Additionally, Danielle worked as a Referral Management officer at Maxim Healthcare Services and as a Beneficiary Service Representative at DDS Staffing Resources, Inc. in 2005.

Danielle Morgan, MBA, CPCS, CPMSM, holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Grand Canyon University, which they obtained from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, completing their studies from 2010 to 2012.
