Roger L. Stangler

Mr. Stangler, the Chief Managing Geologist (“CMG”) for the Company is retained through Golder Associates Pty Ltd. He has over 27 years of experience in the mining industry including geostatistics research, exploration, mine geology and geometallurgy. His expertise includes exploration, resource geology, project management and technical support. Mr. Stangler worked as the Chief Managing Geologist for Monument Mining from 2015 to 2019 on a full-time basis, thereafter, continuing with Monument through Golder Associates Pty Ltd. since June 2019, and was reappointed Chief Managing Geologist in December 2022. Previously Mr. Stangler has worked for a diverse group of companies such as Vale, Anglo American, Snowden and Coffey, at operations and projects worldwide. Mr. Stangler is a JORC Competent Person and is qualified as QP for NI 43-101.
