Clarky Lee

Clarky Lee is currently an engineering manager at Monumental. Prior to that, they were with Zynga for over nine years, working their way up from game developer to engineering manager. They have also worked with Silicon Knights and Capcom Interactive.

Clarky's work revolves around coaching and growing software engineers' skillsets and providing paths for their career growth. They're also responsible for recruiting and leveling up teams, writing tech specs, and identifying complications or hurdles in the team/game pipelines. In addition, Clarky collaborates across other teams and disciplines.

Clarky Lee completed an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with a Software Engineering Option from the University of Waterloo. They also have a certification in Amazon Web Services: Enterprise Security from LinkedIn, as well as a certification in Voice-Over for Video and Animation from LinkedIn.

Clarky Lee reports to Monty Kerr, Co-Founder & CEO. Some direct reports include Marcos Alfonso - Senior Software Engineer, Mark Bourland - Principal Engineer, and Jon Lau - Web Developer. They work with Pawan Gaargi - Chief Product Officer, Kate Yu - Art Director, and Kevin Gliner - Co-Founder & President.
