Leah Rindler

Leah Rindler is the Senior Director of Business Intelligence and Email Marketing at Monumental Sports & Entertainment. Leah has over three years of experience in data operations, email marketing, and analytical strategy.

Leah began their career in July 2013 as the Fan Insight and Data Analytics Manager for the Kansas City Chiefs. In this role, they were responsible for the management of the data operations for the club as it relates to data collection, usage, and strategy. This included overseeing the email marketing/database communication calendar, deployment, and analytics. Leah also led the implementation, maintenance, upgrades, and usage strategy of the following systems: the data warehouse, BI tool, database email marketing solution, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), surveyor, and rewards platform.

In September 2016, Leah transitioned to their current role as the Senior Director of Business Intelligence and Email Marketing for Monumental Sports & Entertainment. In this role, they are responsible for developing analytical strategies and efficiencies through the creation of standardized reports. Leah also maintains the analytics infrastructure and oversees the relationship and strategy of the company's retailer. Leah has also assisted in the deployment of the company's mobile app.

Leah Rindler completed their undergraduate degree at The Ohio State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications with a specialization in Economics.
