Marco Odijk

Marco Odijk is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Strategic Buyer at Monuta since May 2020, Marco has played a pivotal role in rebuilding the procurement department and establishing contracts with key suppliers in the funeral services, car leasing, and printing sectors. Prior to this, Marco held the position of Senior Procurement Officer at Unit4, where contributions included setting up the Global Procurement department and overseeing significant cross-border projects. Previous roles include Senior Buyer at Coöperatie VGZ, Purchaser at Capgemini Outsourcing BV, and various positions focusing on procurement and logistics in earlier career stages. Marco is currently advancing education in purchasing practices at the Inkoop Academie and holds degrees from HAN University of Applied Sciences and Delft University of Technology.
