Adam Erskine

Adam Erskine has a diverse work experience, starting as a Restaurant General Manager at Pizza Hut from 2010-2015. Adam then worked at NatWest as a Financial Ombudsman Case Handler from 2015-2018, where they handled customer complaints, conducted investigations, and liaised with external departments. After that, they joined Coutts as an Anti-Money Laundering Analyst from 2018-2022, where they conducted research and assessments on high-risk clients and complex company structures. Adam then worked at Starling Bank as an Onboarding Risk - Subject Matter Expert from 2022-2023, providing enhanced due diligence and training to the onboarding teams. Currently, they are with Monzo Bank as a Business Banking Control Owner & Subject Matter Expert, where they provide Fincrime knowledge, improves control performance, and reports risks to senior executives.
