Chris Mucklow-Norell serves as the Head of Brand Marketing at Monzo Bank since February 2024. Prior experience includes several strategic leadership roles at Klarna from January 2022 to February 2024, including Head of Marketing Communities (Global), Brand & Marketing Lead (Northern Europe), and Head of Always-on Campaigns (Global). Chris was previously a Senior Brand Manager (Global) and Senior Marketing Manager (Nordics) at Bulk™ from March 2018 to December 2019, and worked as a Concept Marketing Manager (UK & IE) at H&M from July 2016 to March 2018. Earlier roles at Qliro Group involved positions as Senior Brand & Marketing Manager for NLYMAN.com and Head of Private Labels & NPD for Gymgrossisten AB from April 2014 to July 2016. Chris also completed a Mini MBA in Marketing in July 2021 and participated in the Klarna Marketing Academy from April 2020 to December 2021.
