Namitha Muthukrishnan

Namitha Muthukrishnan currently serves as the Head of People - Commercial at Monzo Bank, overseeing areas such as Borrowing, Business Banking, and Payments since June 2025. In addition, Namitha has been an Organization Development Consultant and Micro Business Owner at Tamra Oils since May 2019. Previous roles include Management Partner for Risk and Organizational Development in Enterprise Risk at Klarna from April 2022 to June 2025, and Organizational Development Manager at LSE Students' Union from April 2021 to March 2022. A former Group Organisational Development Manager and Marketing Executive at Renault Retail Group, Namitha also held the position of Business Operations Manager at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts from July 2005 to December 2013. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Salford and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development, among others.
