Lola Ross BSc,mBANT,CNHC has a wealth of experience in the field of nutrition. Lola began their career in 2011 as a Nutritionist at Kids Company Treetops site in Kilburn, where they worked with 14-16 year olds who had been removed from school due to behaviour or risk. In 2012, they were engaged again to design and run a nutrition programme for the Kids Company girls who were also students at Parliament Hill School. In 2014, they became the Nutritionist/Founder of Canteen Mag, an online platform for teenagers to help them find out more about nutrition and healthy living. Lola was also a Programme Manager for MEND Southwark at Jubilee Hall Trust in the same year. In 2015, they became a Freelance Health/Wellness Contributor (Writer) and in 2017, they became the Co-Founder/Health Lead at Moody LTD. In 2018, they began designing and leading nutrition and wellbeing workshops for leading brands and businesses such as Unilever, Apothem Labs, TOTM, Sony Music and Soho House. In 2019, they became a Brand Consultant at Apothem Labs.

Lola Ross completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Health Sciences/Nutritional Therapy from the University of Westminster from 2007 to 2011. Lola also completed Science Access - Biochemistry, Anatomy, Physiology from the CNM College of Naturopathic Medicine. Furthermore, they completed A Levels in English Literature, Govenment & Politics, and French from DLD. Finally, they attended Fortismere School.
