Elena Ilyin is a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in developing and delivering human capital strategies across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, People Business Partner at Moody's Corporation since April 2017, Elena drives change initiatives and talent agendas to support business growth.
