Jessica Baker

Jessica Baker, PHR, GPHR, has a diverse work experience in HRIS and HR technology roles. Most recently, they worked at Moog Inc. as a Workday Implementation Lead - HCM, Global HR Tech. Prior to that, they held various positions at ALKEGEN, including Workday Consultant, Global HRIS Manager (Workday), Lead HRIS Analyst, and HRIS Analyst. In these roles, they were responsible for system implementations, integrations, troubleshooting, configuration, testing, and driving change in HR technology and processes. Jessica also contributed to Global Total Rewards projects and worked on projects within Workday. Before ALKEGEN, Jessica worked at Silfab Solar Inc. as a Sr. Manager, People Analytics & HR Program Management, and HR Systems & Analytics Consultant. Other experiences include roles at Hospice & Palliative Care Buffalo, WNY DDSO, Panasonic USA, Fidelis Care, and Delaware North.

Jessica Baker, PHR, GPHR earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York in 2016. Jessica pursued MBA coursework at the University at Buffalo from 2019 onwards, although it is not clear if they completed the degree. Jessica holds several certifications, including the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from HRCI obtained in September 2021 and the Global Professional in Human Resources® (GPHR®) from HRCI obtained in September 2024. Additionally, they have received certifications in various aspects of human resources management, such as Workday Pro HCM and Predictive Index Practitioner.
