Peter Antonelli

Peter is the Global Head of Design at Moon. He leads the vision, strategy, and growth of the Communication Design discipline while guiding and connecting a multidisciplinary community of designers between Moon's Palo Alto and Tokyo studios. Prior to Moon, Peter held senior leadership roles at design and innovation consultancies in San Francisco and New York City including a decade at IDEO where he led and guided large–scale programs in health and wellness, food, hospitality, retail, and luxury. Passionate about the role of education in design, Peter has held faculty positions within graduate programs at NYU and The New School. Peter lives with his family in Marin County, California. An optimistic gardener, he can often be found in his backyard attempting to coax life from the dense, clay–bound Northern Californian soil.
