Gerard Cogliano has a background in environmental planning and management, with experience in various roles such as Kitchen Manager, Environmental Planner, Staff Manager, and Administrative Coordinator. With a Master of Science in Urban Planning and Community Development from UMass Boston and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and International Relations from Lesley University, Gerard has conducted research on resilience theory and climate change, presented at national conferences, and studied conservation land and policy at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy.
