Jerry Simon

Jerry Simon has had a long and varied career in the technology industry, beginning in 2005 when they were an Information Technology Co-op at PCC Airfoils. In 2007, they worked as a Communications Engineer at the United States Air Force. From 2009 to 2013, they were a Web Developer at Brewology101.com, where they were responsible for creating and sharing recipes through an additional called the Ale Abacus and the mobile app called the Brewing Assistant. In 2015, they became the Development Lead at Lightwell Inc., where they were responsible for architecting the modernization of their legacy product, coordinating integration updates, and managing developers. From 2013 to 2021, they were the VP of Software at Shop24 Global LLC, where they replaced the legacy Windows XP store application with a more adaptable and user friendly experience that ran on a Linux platform. Currently, they are a Developer at Moonsense Risk Data Cloud.

Jerry Simon obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ohio University between 2008 and 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ohio University between 2003 and 2007.
