Haijia Wang

Haijia Wang is an experienced professional in talent development and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Talent Development at Moonshot Academy since June 2018. Prior to this role, Haijia held positions as China Talent Development Manager and HR Manager at GKN Land Systems from January 2008 to February 2017, and worked as Office Manager at Stromag AG Shanghai Rep. Office for a brief period in 2007. Haijia's career began at the Hanns Seidel Foundation, Shanghai Project, where managerial responsibilities were held from July 1995 to April 2007. Haijia Wang holds a Diplom in Industrial Engineering from Fachhochschule Heidelberg (2000-2002) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Scientific German from the University of Shanghai for Science & Technology (1991-1995).
