Carolyn H. has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Carolyn started their career in 2010 as an Associate Program Coordinator at the Institute for Historical Justice and Reconciliation. Carolyn then worked as a Management Consultant at MOUCHEL plc. from September 2010 to August 2012. In 2013, they served as a Teaching Fellow at Yale University for a period of five months. Carolyn further expanded their experience as a Researcher at the Institute for Strategic Dialogue from September 2014 to January 2015. Carolyn then joined Adam Smith International as a Manager for Afghanistan, Middle East, and North Africa, where they worked from January 2015 to January 2017. Currently, Carolyn works as a Programme Director at Moonshot CVE starting from January 2017.

Carolyn H. holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs, with a distinction, from Yale University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to this, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Oxford, where they achieved a 1st Class degree in Modern History between the years 2006 and 2009.
