Stevie Voogt

Stevie Voogt has a diverse work experience in various roles, primarily focusing on preventing extremism and promoting youth well-being. From 2016 to the present, Voogt has worked at Moonshot, starting as an Online Engagement Specialist and advancing to Head of Operations and Director of Operations. They are currently serving as the Director of People & Culture. In this role, Voogt is responsible for overseeing the human resources and organizational culture of the company.

Prior to working at Moonshot, Voogt worked at All Together Now from 2013 to 2016 as the Community Action for Preventing Extremism Manager. In this position, they managed a project to counter far-right recruitment in Australia by engaging with individuals at risk and creating guidance resources for community workers.

Before that, Voogt worked at The BeatBullying Group from 2011 to 2013. They held multiple positions, including Director of BeatBullying Australia, Head of Strategy, and Manager of WeThink. Stevie Voogt has a Bachelor's degree in Politics from the University of York, which was obtained from 2002 to 2005. They went on to pursue a Master's degree in Critical Global Studies from the University of Exeter from 2006 to 2007. In 2015, Stevie obtained a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from the University of Sydney.
