Celia Davies

Director of International Programmes & Director of Ethics at Moonshot

Celia Davies has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Celia started their career in 2011 as a Program Development Consultant for Save the Children International. In 2012, they joined the Institute for Reporters' Freedom and Safety as a Project Development Manager, where they worked till 2012. From 2013 to 2013, they served as a Policy and Grants Assistant at Transparency International Ukraine.

In 2014, Celia joined Meydan TV and held two roles during their time there. Celia first served as a Strategy & Communications Manager from 2014 to 2017 and then transitioned to become the Head of Fundraising from 2017 to 2020. In 2018, they co-founded Omanos Analytics and currently holds the position of Director.

Celia's most recent work experience is with Moonshot, where they joined in 2018 as a Manager. In 2020, they were promoted and assumed the dual role of Director of International Programmes & Director of Ethics.

Celia Davies pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in English at the University of Cambridge from 2006 to 2009. Celia'sacademic journey continued at The University of Edinburgh from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained their Master of Laws (LLM) degree specializing in International Law.
