Ethan Tai Bossuyt has a diverse work experience spanning from 2020 to 2023. Ethan Tai started as a Crisis Officer at the King's College London United Nations Association from February 2020 to March 2021. From July 2020 to July 2022, they also worked as a Graphic Artist, creating educational and viral posts on their Instagram page, @tai.draws, which have been used by numerous organizations, schools, and universities for diversity and inclusion training. In October 2021, they became an EDI Student Ambassador at King's College London, actively participating in various working groups to address and improve equality, diversity, and inclusion within the college and department of war studies. Following this, they gained experience as an Intern at The Henry Jackson Society in October 2022. From October 2022 to February 2023, they worked as a Game Master at Breakin Escape Rooms. Currently, they hold the position of Project Assistant at Moonshot starting from March 2023.

Ethan Tai Bossuyt has a diverse education history. Ethan Tai obtained their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Terrorism Security and Society from King's College London in the academic year 2021-2022. Before that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Linguistics at the same institution from 2018 to 2021.

Prior to attending King's College London, Ethan attended Ressun Lukio, where they pursued their International Baccalaureate degree from 2015 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Ethan has also obtained several certifications. In February 2020, they earned a certification from UN Women titled "I Know Gender 1-2-3 Gender Concepts to get Started; International Frameworks for Gender Equality; and Promoting Gender Equality throughout the UN System." Furthermore, Ethan obtained an Enhanced DBS Check certification from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) in December 2019.
