Christian Adams

Christian brings extensive experience of delivering change within the health sector both as a consultant and through 12-years in senior leadership roles with NHS provider and commissioner organizations.

With a special interest in operational improvement and transformation, the breadth of Christian’s healthcare consulting experience spans from program managing the development quality improvement plan for an NHS Trust placed in Special Measures to the development and delivery of financial improvement plans.

He is motivated by the reward of seeing individuals, teams, and organizations releasing their potential to positively transform care and wellbeing.

Christian’s most recent engagements have involved the delivery of Covid-19 operational recovery plans and the design and implementation of a new operating model for the management of emergency care flow across a large teaching hospital.

Formerly a competitive rower Christian has caught the running bug. Having failed to make it to the start of two marathons he has taken up Pilates in the hope of staying injury-free and successful at the third attempt.
