Matt Coghlan

Matt is an experienced project and programme management consultant who combines strong PPM knowledge with significant expertise in delivering change within customer-facing business functions.

Matt is an experienced consultant who focuses on complex transformation programmes, predominantly across customer and operational functions. He works across the transformation journey from strategy, operating model and digital to programme governance, assurance and management.

Matt works extensively in the Aviation sector, having delivered many first of a kind programmes for Europe’s flagship legacy carriers and low-cost airlines. Before joining Moorhouse, he was part of the Deloitte Customer practice where he worked in the Middle East and the US across multiple sectors.

Matt has delivered two projects that were shortlisted for the MCA awards: Saudi Arabian Ministry for Labour - welfare to work, and CRM strategy for Centrepoint.
