Jason Bobel

Jason Bobel has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Jason currently holds the position of VP, Merchandise Planning & Operations at DICK'S Sporting Goods since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Moosejaw Mountaineering from 2008 to 2018, where they served as Vice President, Merchandise Planning & Operations and Director, Inventory Planning. Jason also held the role of Director of Merchandise Planning & Inventory Management during their tenure at Moosejaw. Additionally, they worked at Walmart as Sr. Director, Merchandise Planning & Operations for the Moosejaw division from 2018 to 2023. Before that, they held the role of Inventory Manager at Borders Group, Inc. from 2006 to 2008. Jason also has experience as the President of Midpoint Solutions, Inc. from 2005 to 2007 and as a Business Director at Kmart Corporation from 1996 to 2005.

Jason Bobel attended Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business from 1994 to 1996. Jason pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Materials and Logistics Management during their time at the university.
