Jeff Wilkinson

Jeff Wilkinson is currently the Security & Compliance Architect at Moov Financial. Prior to this, they were the Head of Digital Risk Management & Security at DCP Midstream from January 2020 to August 2021. In this role, they were responsible for setting the strategy and leading the organization in developing a digital risk vision and strategy, determining the digital risk management strategy, establishing sustainable relationships with internal stakeholders and industry groups, prioritizing and guiding investment in digital risk management, coordinating and managing the digital risk budget across IT and OT, and liaising with IT Enterprise Architecture and IT Infrastructure teams to build alignment in digital risk and enterprise architectures.

Jeff also developed and deployed digital risk management and control frameworks using frameworks such as NiST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443, DOE C2M2, ISO 2700X, ITIL v4, and CobIT v6. In addition, they established digital risk management governance and awareness by facilitating the risk management governance structure through the formation of steering committees and advisory boards, providing regular reporting of risk management efforts to EC and BoD, ensuring risk requirements were included in contracts by liaising with vendor and internal legal during procurement efforts, and creating and managing a targeted risk awareness training program for all employees, contractors, and approved system users.

Jeff Wilkinson has a BS in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy. Jeff is ITIL certified in ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management and (ISC)2 certified in CISSP. Jeff is also a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
