Ryan Howe

Ryan Howe is the current General Counsel and Secretary at Moov Financial. Prior to their current position, they served as the General Counsel and Secretary at BillGO from July 2019 to September 2021. Ryan was also a Founding Member at TechGC from March 2017 to September 2021. From October 2011 to March 2019, Ryan Howe was the General Counsel and Secretary at Webroot Inc. and oversaw the company's worldwide legal affairs, including commercial transactions, licensing, intellectual property, general corporate matters, governance and compliance. Prior to that, they were an associate in the Business and Finance Department and a member of the Securities and Mergers and Acquisitions/Private Equity Groups of Ballard Spahr LLP from September 2007 to September 2011 where they represented public and private companies, private equity funds, entrepreneurs, and fund portfolio companies in a diverse set of transactions, including public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities, public company reporting and disclosure matters, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, restructurings and workouts, entity formation, fund formation, and other complex commercial transactions and general corporate matters.

Ryan Howe has a JD from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Washington and Lee University.
