Paul Mitchell

Paul Mitchell is currently the VP of People Operations and Technology at Moove. Prior to this, they served as the Chief People Officer at Content Guru from June 2021 to December 2021. Paul has also held positions as the Global Head of HR Business Partnering at XE.com, the Regional HR Manager for Europe & Africa at Aspect Software, and the Regional HR Manager for APAC & EMEA at Barracuda (NYSE: CUDA). Before their career in HR, Paul Mitchell was a Senior HR Business Partner at Openreach.

Paul Mitchell completed a post graduate certificate in employment law with a focus on equal opportunities and EU law at De Montfort University. Paul also holds a BA (Hons) in business studies with personnel management from the University of Greenwich. Prior to their tertiary education, Paul Mitchell attended Gunnersbury School.

Paul Mitchell reports to Taiwo Judah-Ajayi (She/Her/Hers), Chief People Officer. Paul Mitchell works with Fiona Maingi (She/Her) - Tech Talent Acquisition Manager, Annie Egbara PHRi - Talent Acquisition Lead, and Tomi Olaleye - Head, People Engagement & Culture.
