Grace Staunch has worked in the sales and marketing industry since 2008. Grace began their career at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits as a Key Account Manager, where they developed solutions to maintain and grow the business for Pernod Ricard in the areas of sales, reporting, and distribution. Grace also elevated brand education to customers and sales force by presenting product trends, pricing, and catering brands to fit the restaurant/bar' identity. During their time at Southern Glazer's, they reached over 90% quotas at the end of each month. In 2016, they joined Beam Suntory as a Key Account Manager, where they activated new distribution of the entire Beam Suntory Portfolio by working jointly with accounts to develop and plan strategies to increase AZ volume. Grace also increased and maintained deletions within the top 50 On Premise accounts in the valley by having an organized checklist and meeting with customers on a monthly basis. Additionally, they developed education classes and tastings to customers and sales-force on product knowledge by using social media outlets and expressing each product's story. Later in 2016, Grace joined Casamigos Tequila as a Regional Sales Manager AZ/NM, where they collaborated and managed multiple divisions of sales teams/managers within the distributor. Grace provided recommendations for effective planning and programming for on/off premise by open communication and collaboration, and routinely made sale's calls in both AZ/NM to grow business and increase product awareness by being present and active in both markets. Grace also spearheaded event styling for consumer tastings by enhancing table decor and accompanying point of sale items. In 2021, Grace began working at More Labs as a Regional Sales Manager-SE, where they refined and customized annual On and Off premise Sales and Marketing business plans for the Southeast. Grace also established effective distribution, display, promotional, and merchandising objectives through distributors to achieve company business goals and objectives. Finally, they provided current information to upper management on current market conditions, trends, and quality of distributor performance. Additionally, they began working at Tidied By K Luxury Professional Organizer as an Administrative Assistant.

Grace Staunch attended Chapman University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned an Integrated Educational Studies, Leadership, and Psychology degree in Education. Grace also holds a Level I and Level II certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
