Dr. Michael Patterson

Dr. Michael Patterson serves as an Adjunct Professor of History at Morehouse College since August 2005, while also working as a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant at Ronald Blue Trust since January 2020, focusing on training and educating CEOs and employees. In addition, Dr. Patterson is the Chief Executive Officer of Be A Peacemaker Inc, where the mission is to develop future leaders through workshops on character development, entrepreneurship, and social justice. An Elder at Path Church since August 2015, Dr. Patterson has extensive experience in community engagement, particularly with underserved teenagers in the South Bronx and Harlem, designing leadership programs and facilitating various multicultural events. Dr. Patterson holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Abilene Christian University, a Master’s degree, and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Florida State University.
