Hideko Sera

Hideko Sera serves as the Executive Director of Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Morehouse College since January 2021. Prior to this role, Hideko held various positions in organizations such as American Psychological Association, American Academy of Pediatric Neuropsychology, The New Leadership Academy, and more, demonstrating a strong commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in various settings. With a background in Clinical Psychology and Counseling Psychology, Hideko's leadership roles focus on advocacy, education, and mentorship initiatives to benefit society and improve lives.
