Chelsey Cassady joined MoreSteam in 2016 with responsibility for customer enrollment and first-level support. She also handles a variety of administrative functions for the company. Prior to joining MoreSteam, she worked as a Personal Banker and Lead Customer Service Representative at a local bank where she conducted quarterly audits and led employee engagement activities in her free time.
Chelsey earned a B.S. in Atmospheric Science from The Ohio State University.
