Carrie Lauby has worked in a variety of roles throughout their career. Carrie began their professional journey in 2000 when they founded Travel Marketing Associates, Sabre ClientBase Marketing Services. In this role, they created products for advertising campaign development, management, coordination and final reporting. In 2013, they took on the role of COO at Cloud Cover Music, where they were responsible for strategic business development, enterprise sales, operations, customization and implementation, as well as supervising the music department. In 2017, Carrie became President of BOOST Performance Sales & Customer Success Training Los Angeles, where they and their team delivered customized solutions looking at all levels of the sales funnel. Most recently, in 2019, they took on the role of Director of Strategic Partnerships at Unisan, where they worked to ensure safety and employee peace-of-mind through the products used to clean and maintain facilities. In 2021, they became the Director of Client Partnerships at Morf3D Inc.

Carrie Lauby has an education history that includes a Professional Spanish for Business Certification from the University of Washington in 1995, and attendance at the University of Washington from 1990 to 1994. Carrie also holds two additional certifications: an Extended DISC Certified Professional: Individual, Work Pair and Team Assessment Analysis obtained in September 2019 from Extended DISC USA, U.K., Canada and Singapore, and a Sandler Trainer obtained in August 2018 from Sandler Training.
