Alejandro Medina

Alejandro Medina has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing engineering field. Alejandro is currently employed at Morgan Advanced Materials, where they hold the position of Lead Manufacturing Engineer starting from February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at the same company from October 2021 to February 2023. Before joining Morgan Advanced Materials, Alejandro worked at IMPACT CNC, LLC as a Manufacturing Engineer from January 2019 to October 2021. Their responsibilities included designing custom fixtures and tooling for CNCs, programming prototype parts, and optimizing CNC processes. From May 2015 to December 2018, Alejandro worked at PDQ Workholding & Tooling as a Design Engineer. Their roles involved designing and creating documentation for custom fixtures and tooling for CNCs, as well as programming various CNC machines and utilizing specialized equipment such as the Zoller Tool Setter and Laser Engraving.

Alejandro Medina attended the University of Southern Indiana from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including ISO 9001:2015 Standard & Internal/Supplier Auditor from Greenville Technical College in April 2023, and a Complete Machining Seminar from Iscar Metals in May 2019. Furthermore, Alejandro has obtained various certifications from FANUC America Corporation, including Advanced iRVision Operation and Programming - 2D, Dual Check Safety V7.5 & Newer, HandlingPRO Intro Plus, V-iRVision Operation and Programming - 2D, Ethernet IP Setup & Functionality, Advanced TPP Programming, and HandlingTool Operations & Programming, all of which were obtained in either 2018 or 2019.
