Ron Rogers

Ron Rogers has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Ron started their career at Gencorp Automotive as a Design Engineer, where they were responsible for new business design and validation, as well as redesigning existing products for cost savings proposals. Ron then joined Morgan Bronze Products, Inc. and held various roles including Manufacturing and Sales Engineer, Quality Assurance Manager, Operations Manager, and finally Owner & President. Throughout their tenure at Morgan Bronze Products, Inc., Ron played a significant role in implementing new management systems, establishing quality policies and procedures, and achieving ISO 9000 certification. Ron also contributed to improving production processes and increasing manufacturing accuracy.

Ron Rogers attended Ball State University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Industrial Technology.
