Lauren Brazeal

Lauren Brazeal, MBA, has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Lauren currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Morgan Corp., starting in June 2023. Prior to their current role, they served as the HR Integration Lead at Milliken Chemical since October 2021. Lauren also has experience as a Human Resources Generalist and Coordinator at the same company from April 2018 to October 2021. Before joining Milliken Chemical, Lauren worked as an HR Coordinator at Innovate HR from 2017 to 2018. Lauren began their career as a Client Service Specialist at Gehring Group in 2016.

Lauren Brazeal, MBA, earned a Bachelor's Degree in History, Business, and Gender-Studies from Wofford College in 2016. Lauren then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus in HR Management at Nova Southeastern University from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a SHRM-Certified Professional from SHRM in 2018 and as a Florida 2-15 Health & Life Insurance License holder from the Florida Chief Financial Officer in 2016. In 2015, Lauren also participated in a European Society and Culture program in Vienna, Austria, through IES Abroad.
