Sean O'Neill

Sean O'Neill is the Area VP, Operations & Facility Management at Morgan Properties. Sean has over 10 years of experience in the industry and has worked with some of the top companies in the country. Sean started their career as a property manager with Archstone in 2009 and then moved to Associated Estates Realty Corp as a regional manager in 2011. In 2015, Sean joined Fairfield Residential as a senior regional manager and was responsible for a portfolio of 16 properties with a asset value of more than $440 million. Sean then moved to Metropolitan Management Group in 2018 as the director of operations where they oversaw all aspects of multi-family operations comprised of 18 properties and 2400 units. Sean is an expert in their field and has a proven track record of success.
