Anna Kay Chartered McIpd

Anna Kay, Chartered MCIPD, currently serves as Senior HR Business Partner at Morgan Sindall Property Services since June 2020, overseeing organisational development, employee experience, and major transformation projects. Previously, Anna held roles at Interserve as Senior HR Business Partner, managing a large workforce and leading key HR initiatives. Earlier experience includes HR positions at Carillion and Aviva, focusing on employee relations, cultural integration, and significant HR projects. Anna holds a BSc Hons in Psychology from the University of York and a CIPD Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Leeds Beckett University.
