Liam Roode

Liam Roode has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Starting in 2015, they worked as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and later as a Quantity Surveyor at Kier Group until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Wates Group as a Surveyor and then as a Project Surveyor. In 2020, they joined Sheffield City Council as a Service Manager - Commercial for a year. In the same year, they also became a Non-Executive Director at Lincolnshire Rural Housing Association Ltd. Currently, they are working at Morgan Sindall Property Services as a Commercial Manager since 2021 and has recently been promoted to the role of Regional Commercial Director.

Liam Roode completed their A-levels at Queen Elizabeth Grammar School in 2008. Afterward, they attended Nottingham Trent University from 2010 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Quantity Surveying.
