Ashley Siegel

Ashley Siegel is an experienced professional in talent, diversity, and inclusion within the technology sector, currently serving as the Head of Talent, Diversity, and Inclusion at Morgan Stanley since 2023. In this capacity, Ashley oversees diversity initiatives for Morgan Stanley's global technology businesses. Additionally, Ashley is an Executive Advisory Board member for Lesbians Who Tech & Allies, actively supporting LGBTQIA+ inclusion in technology and business. Previously, Ashley held the position of Outreach and Engagement Director at The Walt Disney Company from 2016 to January 2023, leading strategic growth and initiatives across various functional areas. Ashley also hosted the #LifeAtDisney podcast and played a key role in Disney's global Pride Month celebrations. Prior experience includes leadership roles in media operations at Disney Streaming, BAMTECH Media, and Major League Baseball. Ashley holds a BA in Journalism and Judaic Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
