Mátyás Varga

Mátyás Varga is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Agile methodologies and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at Morgan Stanley since July 2025, Mátyás previously worked as an Agile Coach for Digital Channel Development Teams at Raiffeisen Bank Hungary, where responsibilities included guiding Scrum Masters and Product Owners and managing organizational dependencies. Prior experience includes roles as a Release Train Engineer and Scrum Master at Bosch Magyarország, as well as software development positions at SAP and NNG LLC, where expertise in iOS application development and navigation solutions was cultivated. Mátyás is pursuing a Master's degree in Finance, General - Investment Analyst at Eötvös Loránd University, having previously obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the same institution.
