David Codey

David Codey has extensive experience in financial services and aged care, serving as an Aged Care Advice Specialist at Morgans Financial Limited since 1996, where responsibilities include overseeing the Aged Care Advice Service and providing specialized financial advice. As an executive director, David has significantly contributed to shaping group strategy, expanding the franchise network, and managing marketing strategies. In addition to the role at Morgans, David is currently the President of Queensland Rugby Union since 2018. Previous roles include State Manager Queensland at Prudential Investment Management, Private Client Adviser at Morgan Stockbroking Limited, and various sales and marketing positions in earlier career stages. David holds an Accredited Aged Care Professional designation and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, with a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from UNSW.
