Paul Bayliss

Paul Bayliss has extensive experience in property and operations management, currently serving as an Operations Manager at Morguard since November 2003, overseeing maintenance teams for commercial office buildings and managing budgeting and capital project investments. Previous roles include Property Manager at GWL Realty Advisors, Manager of Building Operations/Assistant Chief Engineer at CIBC Development, and various engineering positions at Kennedy & Donkin, Buckle & Partners, FRANK E BASIL S.A., GE Energy Systems Ltd, and Vickers Shipbuilding.
